I ran this adventure for my friends in combination with "Maiden Voyage", and we had a lot of fun! Thank you for the detailed maps and to-the-point descriptions.
One thing I want to share from my table (it's not a criticism, but just an illustration of how every game sometimes goes off the rails)... Remember all the door stats you've included? In the Estate section in particular? Well, try to guess how many doors the party actually opened. One. And they closed it right away after peaking behind it. They moved around exclusively through windows. (Thankfully, there were no windows in the hideout, so at least those door stats didn't go to waste.)
